The camp program is adapted to all levels of interest - from complete beginners to experienced cyclists. For this reason, the camp will have two groups - beginning and advanced - and the participants themselves will be able to assess which group they belong to from the planned workshops. Physical and technical readiness is irrelevant, and the professional staff will adjust the program for all groups, while support and accompaniment will be provided throughout the weekend.
Over the three days, the camp will cover a diverse range of segments of mountain biking, placing special emphasis on driving safety. The days will start with yoga or pilates on the beach, with the mornings reserved for workshops on the training ground and the afternoons reserved for a joint ride around the island. Gastro, wellness, plenty of coffee and enough free time will be available to you over the weekend. The evening program is rich and varied, as is usually the case for sea destinations late in October.
